To make every guest feel amazing from the inside out.

Isaiah 61:3a - "To bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes,

the oil of joy instead of mourning, and the garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair.

They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of HIS splendor."

In creating a professional, clean atmosphere with no slander or malicious talk. We provide a calm and inviting environment for people to get away from the busy hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our goal is to help them feel valued and treasured creating the beauty from the inside out. MFHS staff of stylist and front desk employees are the first representation of this mission. Our desire is that it will be contagious to our staff and clients.

God!! If I gave any other answer I would be lying to make our mission fit the “politically correct” standards. But the simple and honest answer is our relationship with our Heavenly Father. When Matt and I opened the doors July 1st 2005 we didn't know what would happen. We opened with prayer!

'2005' was a year of “faith”. Our youngest son was born with a major heart defect, February of that year. God directed our steps of faith. A few months later we felt the leading to open our first salon located in Jenison, MI. Every scripture you read is what we held on to. Matt has more faith than that of any man I have met. His faith in God, hard work and endless dedication to growing a business and supplying income for our family of 6 is the success you see today.
